Like I said in my other review, the shipping and customer service was great. The item itself, not so much - the claws are bent weird so I'm having issues re-bending them to better fit my fingers (and they're all the same size, so I have to if I want them to either not fall off, or slip on i the first place). The color is also more of a dull grey than a silver, which really stands out against the Bright silver chains. The placement of some of the decorative chains is also kind of annoying while wearing
