- Before you finish, check that your address is correct

- If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incorrect address, the customer must pay the postage again if it is sent again. Or 50% of the purchase amount (minus the postage costs already paid) will be refunded.

- If acceptance is refused, the customer will receive 50% of the order amount (minus the postage costs already paid) and minus 15 € processing fee.

- If the package arrives damaged and the goods are broken, the customer should contact us immediately (before leaving a rating), in this case we will pay for the return shipment and refund the purchase price!

- Please note that your order is a "personalized order" because it is only made after your order and wishes (choice of color, crystals, etc.) and is therefore excluded from exchange and right of return!

- Cancellation of the order due to too long a production time will only be accepted up to 72 hours after your order. We will then charge a processing fee of €15 for a cancellation!
